In this 4 hour class, you will learn what your feelings are for. Learn how to recognize and name the 8 Primary feelings and how to satisfy each of them in order to avoid the subsequent secondary feeling of frustration and tertiary fall into depression. This class will teach you how to question your thoughts and feelings to determine if your perceptions are correct. You will understand the difference between needs, wants and desires as well as how to use nonviolent communication to get your needs met.
