Emotional Mastery

In this class, you will learn what your feelings are for. Learn how to recognize and name the 8 primary feelings and how to satisfy each of them in order to avoid the subsequent secondary feelings of anger and frustration with the tertiary fall into depression. 

This class will teach you how to question your thoughts and feelings to determine if your perceptions are correct.  You will understand the difference between needs, wants and desires and how to fulfill them.
