I offer two approaches to hypnotic change work: traditional trance hypnosis and the newer approach, “The CONTROL System.”
Why does this matter to you? It provides you with more choices for making the changes you seek in your life. If you’re someone who doesn’t believe you can be hypnotized but is willing to “give it a try,” then The CONTROL System might be more up your alley because it doesn’t utilize trance.
What, no trance? That’s right! With The CONTROL System, we use a state we refer to as Subconscious Dominance. Instead of putting your conscious mind into a trance to sneak past the "security guard" and make the changes you want, we simply move everything inside the building (your mind) outside, avoiding any interference from the security guard.
Interestingly, most clients feel as if they are observing the process rather than being part of it. They find it fascinating when parts of their body move in response to questions, even though they are not consciously choosing to move anything.
You may choose or we may determine to go the traditional trance route, which is just as effective and should be a relatively easy process as well.
With traditional trance work, I will gather the necessary information to create a perfect solution tailored to your individual needs and hypnotic abilities. Yes, my approach is mainly determined by your hypnotizability. What does that mean? Some people find it easier to enter deeper states of trance than others, and that’s where my skills and experience with various techniques come into play. It’s my job to overcome any subconscious obstacles, objections, or barriers to your change during our sessions. My experience and knowledge guide me in the process to bring about your desired changes, ensuring those changes are immediate and last a lifetime.
Pricing for the services are the same and we will determine which approach is best at the time of the consultation. The consultation last about 45 minutes and once complete we will decide if hypnosis is the right solution for you. We will then schedule all three sessions and payment will be made. Sessions are generally scheduled a week apart so that you can experience the changes in your life and clean up any loose ends with the remaining two sessions. Sessions last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or so. Some clients are in and out in 15 minutes on the second and third session when utilizing the CONTROL System.
Unless otherwise noted, the a la carte menu, all hypnosis and CONTROL System services are delivered in 3 sessions.
